High Gap Diaphragm Technology

Adopting independently developed high-porosity structure design, it significantly improves ion transmission efficiency, enabling the battery to support ultra-high rate discharge performance up to 100C.

High-Temperature Resistant Aramid Separator

Utilizing special aramid materials, the separator boasts excellent thermal stability. It has successfully passed the rigorous 150℃ thermal shock test, fulfilling the safety commitment of "no ignition, no spread".

Ultra-Thin Current Collector Technology

We have achieved a breakthrough in the trial application of 9μm aluminum foil for cathodes and 4.5μm copper foil for anodes. Combined with the ultra-thin separator solution (5μm base film + 2μm ceramic coating), the overall battery energy density is increased by over 5%.

Wide Temperature Range Electrolyte System

Independently developed dual-track electrolyte system:• Low-temperature type: Supports stable battery discharge in extreme environments of -40℃ to -50℃• High-temperature type: Ensures no gas generation or swelling when the battery is stored at 85℃ for 24 hours.
Through continuous innovation in material systems, we provide solid underlying support for battery performance breakthroughs and safety upgrades, constantly expanding the application boundaries and technical limits of polymer lithium batteries.
